Re: Lillian
Lily is a full name (flower name). Yes, it can also be a nickname but I don't really see the point. Lily is a classic and well established as a full name. It just doesn't really seem necessary. It's like Annabel nn Anna or Ellen nn Ella. You might as well just use Lily, Anna and Ella.Lillian is just a variant of Elizabeth. So is Isabella. You can still use it, they are not too similar and the connection is kind of nice. I personally don't care for Lillian, I always liked Lily much better. Lillian just doesn't sound as nice to me. Also it's on its way out of the charts and is sounding to start dated. Even more so than Lily. The combos are all okay, but none really stick out to me. They are all decent but I would pair Lillian with something a bit more exciting. Please rate my list: https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/6232
