I'd be surprised to meet a young Brian, but I have no difficulty imagining one. I like the name enough to consider using it, but there are probably more names that I like better.
I heartily dislike Brianna, which is unusual for me because I prefer Antonia, Georgina, Harriet, Philippa to their male forms.

This is my uncle's name. I feel bad for saying this. Brian is too old and boring, sorry. I dislike it.
I'd like it if I didn't know so many. It's quite dated, especially here in the Midwestern U.S. (I imagine it's dated elsewhere, too). In fact, it was already becoming a "Dad name" when I was in high school with other Brians.
While it's more substantial than the far more overused Ryan (I know even more Ryans...), it needs a rest nonetheless.

I guess it’s okay but kinda boring. Not to mention a little dated.
I used to like it a lot. It feels awfully dated now, though. As does Brianna. They both need a little rest.
I'm with Keri on this, it's just okay. I've met a few nice ones, though... but I'm more partial to Brianna.
It's ok
