Rina and Rinah look like ree-na to me.
Rhina looks too much like a female rhino, otherwise it'd work...
Rinah is the best of the three since it suggests a rhyme with Dinah.
I think Rynah or Raina seems to fit the pronunciation a little better. If we're getting creative we could maybe try Raiena or Rhyna.

That was my exact thought process on the spelling of Rinah.
Rynah / Rhyna would work quite well I think, thank you. :)
