I'm Polish. I'm usually not very excited about Polish names, especially since a lot have practically mandatory nicknames and if I only like either the nn or the full name but not both then the name just doesn't work.
Some of my faves:
Janina (Janka, Nina is ok)
Agnieszka (Aga)
Jagoda
Józefa (I don't really love it as a lifelong name but I'm so in love with Józia that I have to include it in my faves anyway)
Nadia
Tekla - I don't know of any nicknames but most of this name's charm comes from it being clunky and unfashionable. I heard of one nicknamed Kluska ("dumpling" but this isn't very cute in Polish), which while hilarious is not what I'd want from a main nn.
Ksenia
Katarzyna (Kasia)
Lidia (Lidka, but Lidzia factors in my overall rating of this name even though it's not a universal nn)
Karolina
Wioleta (Wiola)
Honorable mentions:
Anna (Ania) which is a great, classic name. I wanted to give it a shout out for how pretty it is in Polish, compared to how unattractive it is to me in English. The two n's are crucial.
Dżesika - I just love this spelling and I wish people hadn't immediately abandoned it when Jessica became officially allowed. Jessica looks silly on a Polish child living in Poland. Dżesika OTOH is good and righteous.
Niebiana - not a real name but it's pretty and sounds like it could be real, which is why I'm putting off collecting my sources and removing it from the submitted database. Maybe if I wait long enough someone will use it xD
Boy names are way harder to like but at least more of them don't require nicknames.
Tomasz (Tomek but Tomaszek is a GP of mine, it sounds a bit ridiculous but sooo pretty)

Michał (no nn necessary but Michaś influences my opinion on the name)
Janusz - I know this name is now a meme but I've always liked it and I haven't stopped

Klemens - it's kind of like with Tekla. No good nicknames that I'm aware of because barely any are left and I specifically love it for the dusty, antique vibes not really for usability so I'm not too bothered
Honorable mention goes to August because it sounds pretty but somehow is still unappealing as a name, it's only two syllables long but somehow begs for a nn and the only one is Gucio which is adorable and hilarious but maybe not the best to saddle a person older than 6 with.
