Re: Artemisia?
in reply to a message by Kit
I'm a fan of Greek mythology, Baroque art, female artists, and overdramatic names, so Artemisia ticks off a lot of boxes for me. I also think the nickname "Artie" would be very pert. Artemisia is an old favourite :)
I've never thought about how I would combo it though.....
Maybe something appropriately elaborate?
Artemisia Ursula
Artemisia Christiana
Artemisia Eleonora
Artemisia Anna Maria
Artemisia Lucasta
Artemisia Elisabeth
It might be nice paired with something short and snappy too:
Artemisia Lucy
Artemisia Frida (very arty)
Artemisia Mina
Artemisia Maude
Artemisia Molly
Artemisia Daphne
Artemisia Milly
And as a middle name, I think I'd like it put with firsts that are a bit fuddy-duddy or "blah"
Emily Artemisia
Agnes Artemisia
Evelyn Artemisia
Frances Artemisia
Mildred Artemisia
Ethel Artemisia
Ida Artemisia
Edith Artemisia
Margaret Artemisia
Edna Artemisia
Joan Artemisia
Ellen Artemisia
Lily Artemisia
Enid Artemisia
Anna Artemisia
Ellie Artemisia
