I was thinking of this name the other day. My first thought is of one those golden puffy sleeved dresses that you saw in the 80’s. But somehow it has a certain charm because of it. But can I see it on a young child? No.

I don’t think it’s ready for a comeback yet.

Just one of those names ... I've got no reason not to like it, but something in the sound is unpleasant to me. And yet, I really like Brendan enough to consider using it IRL.

It’s ok but super dated.

I like that it was the name of a character in The Hills Have Eyes. I don't like that it was the name of my evil 6th grade social studies teacher.

It’s ok. I don’t hate the name but I’d never use it.

Every Brenda I've ever known has been neurotic, judgmental, and just downright mean. I honestly cannot remember having a pleasant Brenda experience. It's ruined the name for me.
