Lily?
I need help coming up with a double name that I love for the first name Lily. It is a family name. Also would the initials LLL be too much?
Lily Brooke-I know it’s two nature names but I really love Brooke.
Lily Anna-I know similar to Lillian but I’m not a Lillian or Lilyana lover at all.
Lily Dawn-Again two nature names but it’s a family name as well.
Lily Claire
Lily Caroline- “Lily Cara”
Lily Ella
Lily Faith
Lily Hope
Lily Joy
Lily-Joy Dawn
Lily Katherine “Lily Kate”
Lily McKenna “Lily Mack”
Lily Opal-two nature names?
Lily Paige
Lily Sedona
Lily Savanah-“Lily Anna” but two nature names?
Lily Vivian “Lily Viv”
Open to suggestions too. I like Biblical, Hebrew, old fashioned and nature names.
Lily Brooke-I know it’s two nature names but I really love Brooke.

Lily Brooke is a nice combo, but I don't think it makes a great double-name, it just sounds too trademarky to me.
Lily Dawn is nice, but not really flowy out loud.
Lily Opal is not bad as a combo but sounds just a bit awkward. She could be called Lilio / Lily-O, although it is cutesy and unlikely to last beyond childhood.
Lily Joy flows well. A little odd when I think about the words, but they're both common names so w/e. Lily-Joy Dawn is super wordy, yet not bad.
I think Lily Caroline "Lily Cara" is nice.
I would favor a name that was short, or could be shortened.
Lily Ruth "Lily Rue"
Lily Jane
Lily Maria "Lily-Mar" or "Lily Mia"
Lily Maia
Lily Elaine
Lily Susanna "Lily Sue"
Lily Abigail "Lily Gail"
Lily Joanna / Johanna "Lily Jo"

Lily is my favorite of all times. However, I think it stand better by itself. A middle name is nice, but I wouldn't make it a double name. LLL is a bit much but still okay, don't worry, use the name you love.
The only Lily double-name I ever really liked is Lily Rose but it is very kitschy. I also kind of like Lily Anne (it sounds different from Lillian).
These are okay:
Lily Anna
Okay that was actually the only one ;)
I dislike these:
Lily Ella - sounds like "lil yeller" (little yeller)
Lily Viv - sounds really odd
Lily Savanah - Savannah is better and if you call her Lily Anna you might as well just use that
Lily Sedona - okay as a combo but too long for a double name
Lily Paige - two word names that don't make sense together
Lily Opal - no, too much, sounds like a scented candle
Lily Kate - flows okay but Kate is not so nice
The others are too much, I dislike them as well, except for these (which are okay):
Lily Claire (Lily can sound like "lil" in combos so you have to be careful what you pair it with. I like Claire but this kind of comes out as "lil éclair" when you think about it (éclair is a treat/cake-ish thing).
If you must use a double name I suggest Lily Anna from your list but I prefer Lily Anne or Lily Rose.
Lily Brooke is like "lil brook" and Lily Claire like "lil éclair" but they are okay.

Lily Brooke
Lily Brooke- Makes me think too much to "Beautiful". Also, Brooke isn't a very beautiful name, to me.
Lily Anna- Although names such as Liliana actually exist, this combo sounds much more sweet.
Lily Dawn- It's just a lovely combo. Keep it into consideration.
Lily Claire- Makes me think of purity.
Lily Caroline- “Lily Cara”- It sounds too childish to me.
Lily Ella- It's really sweet and feminine, though I don't appreciate a lot the name Ella.
Lily Faith- It appears very religious, but some other combos are better.
Lily Hope- Really nice! Keep it too.
Lily Joy- Just like Lily Hope.
Lily-Joy Dawn- It's a very creative, adventurous and wonderful combination.
Lily Katherine “Lily Kate”- It's balanced.
Lily McKenna “Lily Mack”- It has a lot of rhythm and euphony.
Lily Opal-two nature names? Why not? It's very elegant.
Lily Paige- beautiful for someone humble.
Lily Sedona- It's another balanced combo.
Lily Savanah- Keep it!
Lily Vivian “Lily Viv”- It's full of life and energy!

I'm not a huge Lily fan but the names you have are good. There are so many Lily Rose's about I don't think anyone will outside BtN will care about double nature names.
LLL initials are fine!
Double Lily names:
Lily June
Lily Zara
Lily May
Lily Tess
Lily Fay
Lily Jean
Lily Joan
Lily Claire
Lily Jane
Lily Belle (I knew one once!)
Lily Jess
Lily Gwen
Lily Maya

I love alliteration, so LLL initials would be great in my opinion. It adds quirkiness, which would go well with a Lily doublename.
I like Lily Kate and Lily Opal from your list there.
Other ideas:
Lily Louise, Lily Lucille - Lily-Lou or Lilou!
Lily Beth or Lily Bette (one syllable Bette)
Lily Ada
Lily Edna
Lily Ruth
Lily Mira
Lily Beulah
Lily Dinah
Lily Leah "Lileah"
Lily Rachel
Lily Agnes
Lily Blanche
Lily Maude - love this one, ugh. It's very "gilded age".
Lily Martha - ok, this is adorable
Lily Olwen
Lily Paula
Lily Marlene!

I agree about the second name
I also think the second name doesn't have to be shortened. It can take a part of the meaning off!

Lily Sedona kind of grabs me. And Lily Brooke is nice, I think. The initials LLL would be fine.
I like Lily Katherine, joy, hope, Faith, Caroline, anna, jade, Laura, Lauren, Lydia, Naomi, Olivia, Susannah, Eliza, Genevieve, Vivienne, Josephine , Mae, Beth, Celeste
