Amaia is a very pretty name (I prefer the Maia spelling to Maya, incidentally); but as far as Basque names go I would choose Maialen over Amaia.
Not crazy about Amaia Eva as a combo, though, because the ending vowel in Amaia is so similar to the beginning of Eva that they run into each other.

I like Amaia even though the meaning isn't great.
Amaia Eva is okay.
Amaia Eva is okay.
I just noticed...
Amaia means "the end" and Eva means "life" so it is kind of like "the end of life". Would avoid this combo at all costs.
Better pair Amaia with something that doesn't end in -a.

Wow, good catching that. It's pretty poetic.
Very beautiful and innocent sounding name. I love it
