WDYTO Oriana?
Thoughts on Oriana. How do you pronounce it? I have been saying “or-ee-on-ah”.

Instantly reminds me of Oriana Fallaci, an Italian writer and journalist.Italian IPA pronunciation is /oˈrjaːna/, which is close to how you pronounce it.

Wasn't Oriana the wife of Edward Wilson, the medical doctor on Scott's last expedition who died on the way back from the South Pole? I imagine a woman wearing pure wool, always gloves when she went out, giving and attending tea parties, watching for the postman and a letter that never came. So, not exactly cheerful: it sounds heavy and slow.

I'd say it like you already are. It's ok. Very fancy, but not terrible. I can see it best on a Hispanic girl.

I think I went to middle school with an Oriana, probably spelt like that or Orianna.I suppose Auriana could be a spelling too? Though I might be tempted to pronounce it a little differently.

I know an Oriana who spells it Orianna. She says it oh-ree-ON-ah. Like Ariana with an O.
I like it, it sounds very cool. I like it better than Ariana / Arianna.
