Skyler?
What is your opinion on the name Skyler for a boy?

I like Skyler for girls. I think it’s become too feminized at this point.
I think Skyler is more feminized than Skylar, but Skylar looks like it's trying too hard and not phonetic, so I think Skyler is still better for a boy. And I'm guessing most people naming girls sky-names would still go for Sky or Skye anyway (?).
I do see the feminine thing, but that's why I like it on a boy. Kyler isn't feminized and Skyler isn't that different, but Kyler sounds douchey like Kyle and Skyler sounds trendy but still friendly, I guess. (Not all 'feminine' vibes are 'friendly' vibes, but in the case of Skyler I think it is.)

I think Skyler has become feminized but I think that combining it with a male middlename like James, Liam, Will, or John would make it sound more masculine. Also Schuyler variant is not to overrun by females and that could become the male version but it is a weird spelling and people will probably spell it like Skyler or Skylar all the time.

There's already a thread on Skylar (and variants), just scroll down a bit :)
It's okay. It feels very late 90s/early 00s trendy. Maybe because it's close to Tyler.
It sounds fine but is nothing special. I like Sky, Skye but not enough to use. But Skyler rolls off the tongue better than just Skye. But I guess I prefer Skye for its nature image.
I like Sky and Skye for girls (prefer Skye).
Skylar, Skyler and Schuyler are all okay for girls. For boys they are also okay but I wouldn't use Skylar on a boy because for some reason that spelling looks more feminine to me. Sky on a boy is okay but I wouldn't use Skye because again it looks like a girlier version.
I think for a boy I would pick Skyler and for a girl Skylar.

I agree on Skylar vs. Skyler
And I also like Skye for a girl, but only in the middle.

It's okay. It sounds young, bright, friendly and peppy (but also has the potential to be overly trendy and dated).
I agree it feels super 90s/early 00s to me as well even though it was the most popular in the 2010s.
Awful
This name is so grating. Ugh.

Don't like it
I think Skylar is the most boyish. Skyler is very femme to me. I like it though.
Prefer Schuyler
