I'd go with Edmund. Edwin is great too, but it's too cool, too breezy. Edmund is fusty and I need a bit of fust in my names.
Edward is also nice; in terms of boring classics I do legitimately enjoy Edward, it's so jewel-like. But Edmund is my favourite.
Ted I prefer for Theodore, so I'd go with Ed/Eddie.
