I think this name is really cute. It makes me think of a really friendly witch, for some reason. The "my fanny" thing isn't really as big an issue in North America, so no problems there - the pronunciation might bamboozle people, though, and they'd probably turn it into "my fan we".

I've been watching this (terrible) show on Amazon Prime called the Rook and there they say it like Tiffany with an M at the beginning. The way you're suggesting is much prettier.
I've read those books. Had no idea they made a show! I think one of the first lines in the book is about how she knows the name is pronounced incorrectly, lol.
It's ok if your welsh, but yes the my fanny could be problematic elsewhere
