Assuming it's like Rose, I prefer Rosanna. Ella and Bella names are too popular.

I like Rossana better, though. If I didn't have a bad association with Rossella, I'd probably like it just as much as Rossana.

Do they need to have the double S? I love most Rose names. But these sound like you want to honor someone named Ross and it changes the names to something else entirely. Either way, I'd go Rossella/Rosella. Preferably Rosella. Rossanna/Rosanna is the more predictable choice.

Let it be Rossana. And may I spell it Rosanna? To be honest, I'm not a fan of Rose names. Although out of all Roses I'd choose Rosalind or Rosemary.

Rossella reminds me of the Australian bird called a rosella - pretty birds but I don't like it as a name.
