Caia
I ran across a YouTube comment, and the girl was named Caia (I'm not sure about the pronounciation, but I'd imagine it's pronounced KYE-UH), which is a female variant of Caius, her mother wanted to name her that had she'd been a boy. I find it beautiful, WDYT? Caia DelphineCaia WrenCaia WillowCaia DaphneCaia AntoniaCaia Justine

The sound is nice, but I hate the spelling. I understand it makes it etymologically distinct, but I prefer Kaya, Kaia, And Kaja by far. The C makes it seems kind of fruity to me? Maybe my brain is just visually rearranging açai.It sounds good beside nature names. Caia Wren, Caia Daphne, and Caia Willow are stunning.

That's the pronunciation I'd assume, but if I heard it pronounced, I'd assume it was spelled Kaia. It definitely better with a K.

I like it but it would always get mistaken for Kaia, and I also think Kaia would look better in most of these combos. I like all of those except Caia Justine.
Caia Delphine & Caia Daphne = shiny and a little fantastical
Caia Wren & Caia Willow = naturey, would be better with Kaia
Caia Antonia = down to earth, also better with Kaia

Caia Delphine is absolutely gorgeous. I don't think Caia sounds too trendy, spelled that way. She would soon make it her own. Or you might consider Gaia Delphine

It looks like just another spelling of Kaia and will probably get misspelled all of the time. Yes, it's pretty, but there's Kaia, Kaya, Kaja, Kya, Kyah, Caja, Caya - it just doesn't stick out and it feels 2010s trendy.Caia Delphine is the best.

It reminds me of Kaja (Kaia), (diminutive of the name Katarina), which I once liked.

its ok, like it with Delphine, Daphne, Justine

It has a nice meaning (happy) but I find it elderly, yet the masculine Caius sounds strong -maybe because of Caius Julius Caesar. Yet Caia would work really well on a fictional character. :-)
Your combos are a bit hazarded, because the names you used sound young. But sometimes hazarding can bring good results. Anyway, everyone has their own opinions; and I appreciate people liking unusual and outstanding names. They are original and open-minded.
Can you please have a look on my name list and rate it? https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/223545
