Honestly..
I looked it up. I see a bunch of random different meanings. “Fair lady” “ice” “warrior” “beautiful” etc etc."People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day."'*•.¸♡ Have a great day/night! ♡¸.•*' Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

Any source other than BTN isn't very reliable - baby name websites tend to give vanity meanings, but behindthename is an etymology website and actually investigates. #loyalty #cult #cultloyalty #etymology

If you ever did stand up or wrote I would be so delighted. Those hashtags tickled me.

The real meaning is actually "ice, iron" and "battle", see Isolde (Isolda is a variant of it)

No doubt you looked it up. But if you can't tell us where, we have no way of knowing how reliable your source is. However, the kind of sources that give 'meanings' like 'beautiful' and 'fair lady' tend to be unreliable. Just saying ...

There are lots of websites that change meanings to make them favourable and palatable to prospective parents. I think the battle element "hold" from the older name Ishild is a more likely meaning.
