With that spelling, it should logically rhyme with Zany. I know logic and names don't go together, but why drop the second n? What's the point?

I love Daniel for a boy, but I greatly dislike the fem versions. Daenerys is unthinkable. Danica ... a lot of people assume it sounds like DANikka, but if they can get over that, it's the best option. And then you could use Dani quite easily.
