Those are the only two I'd consider.
Liz & Lizzie are both played out for me, particularly among Elizabeths in my generation. Bess / Bessie, Betsy, and Bette / Betty are all really dated. Liza & Eliza actually feel like separate names to me, diminutives that gained their own identity (like Sadie or Sally for Sarah).
Effie wouldn't even occur to me as a nickname for Elizabeth, to be honest. And Buffy is synonymous with vampire slaying.
