I know a Lilli who is 'really' Elizabeth: it was her two elder siblings' best attempt when she was new and they were tiny, and it stuck.
The only one on your list that I like is Betsy. The others don't do it for me; especially boring Liz.
There are also Bethan and Betsan, both Welsh diminutives, similar to Megan from Margaret. I like them both, especially Betsan (which I have only encountered on a BBC reporter).
Elspeth - would it count as a diminutive? And Elsabe? I think they are mostly if not always used as full names in their own right.
