I prefer Edwin. Mostly because I think "Win" is a much better nickname than "Ed/Eddy"
I think Teddy works just fine. The only Ted I know is an Edward. I think if you start with Teddy, it will be organic what happens next. The kid will have more of an opinion and might get confused if suddenly at twelve you call them something different. Basically what I'm trying to say there is you can make the initial choice of nicknames when they're small, but it's out of your hands after that.

Henry
Oliver
Finn
Edward
Otto
