Just another trendy, "unique" surname-turned-first-name given to girls for no reason at all.
I don’t care for it, though my friend is obsessed with it and Harper.

It's cool on a girl, very youthful and bubbly. It's not my style.
I do like Piper on a boy, haha.

Don't like it
I find it obnoxious, sorry.
I don't like it, it's dull, and trendy in a bad way. I've never seen the appeal, and don't understand why it becomes so popular now.

Personally, I don't really like Piper. It's too trendy, and it'll be the new Karen in a few years. What I mean by that is that they'll see her exact age, since a particular age group mostly is named Piper.
If you're interested in music names, how about Harper? It still has that trendy feel, but it has that nice old feel to it also. Harper sounds really close to Piper too. Plus, the Harp sounds more beautiful than a Pipe in my opinion. There's Harper Lee too, a famous author. She's amazing in my opinion.
Harper Elizabeth
Harper Elise
Harper Eliza
Harper Anne
Harper Roxanne
Harper May
Harper Rose
Harper Grace

It seems so silly, so whimsical/talking-puppy or fairy-tale-imp. I don't know how in the world it ever got to be so popular as a first name.
