Melusine sounds like some sketchy "nutritional supplement" you might order online that's supposed to regulate blood sugar or save your eyesight or sharpen your memory. It's probably just sugar water with a little food coloring and fragrance, and probably someone like Alicia Silverstone endorses it over Twitter.
