Zephaniel has a neat sound. I tend to like L name endings in general. Zeph and Zef are decent nicknames. Zep is childish like Zip or Skip.

Since it is associated with the Kabbala and mysticism, it does have a new age belief and “Supernatural” fandom association. This isn’t something that I’m particularly into, so that is a little off putting.

It's really cool. I like the meaning, also Zep, Zeppy, or Zef. Zephaniel is very original.
