So right after I posted about the BA from my former coworker, I saw another birth announcement! This one was from an old grammar school friend. He and his wife just had a son (and I'm going to do the spacing thing again), and the name is:

I was pleasantly surprised. Then again, I think the people I went to school with who've been starting families have demonstrated, on average, decent taste in names. After some "doozies" I've seen (particularly in the further west suburbs) I often mentally prepare myself, lol.
