What are some of your guilty pleasure names?
I’m a fan of unusual names. A lot of people I know hate these names. So, I’m curious, what are your guilty pleasure names?

i guess it would be hera and hades. i would really like to name my kids this if i had one boy and one girl, but it would maybe be frowned upon. i don't care for anyone's opinion but i don't want my kid's to hate their names like i did growing up.
I love the names Andromeda, Jaci, Hermione, Koren, Abbot, and Draco!
Abcde, Voldemort.
I don't really have gp names bc I don't think any name should be a "guilty" pleasure. Either you like it or don't. You shouldn't attach any guilt or shame to something you enjoy. If your peers say it's a weird name then maybe they ought to loosen up a little.
I bet somewhere along the line somebody somewhere called eating chocolate a guilty pleasure, now lots of people eat it everyday, even have chocolate flavored cereal. Guilty pleasure names are the same way. They just have to be normalized by society first.

I'm not entirely on board with the "guilty pleasure name" concept but I suppose Honey and Illuminata could qualify, although I think they are usable if someone thinks it through and is prepared to take the responsibility. There is however one name that I like that I would probably never pitch to anyone: Sweetlove. It's so gorgeous but I have to admit a bit too over the top even for me.
I have so many, though they aren't all unusual, some are for other reasons, but I will list some of the more unusual ones.

When it comes to female names, I have a thing for long, exotic Ancient Greek or archaic French names. A few favorites include Melisende, Persephone, Euphrosyne, Séraphine, Zéphyrine, Véronique, Chrysanthe, Calypso, Eurydice, Corisande, Athenais, Mnemosyne, Verveine, Esclarmonde, Mascarose, etc.
As for male names, it’s always the ancient, oddly handsome oddities: Crescens, Athanaric, Zerachiel, etc. Sophisticated French names like Valentin, Sylvain, Évariste, and Nicéphore are also included.
