James for a boy would rank highest, and for a girl stone last.
I'd put Marjorie first: it counts as classic and is due for a come-back. And it's a family name. I also like Constance, and Con is fine but I'm not keen on Connie.
I think they'd work well as a sibset: all of them pretty timeless. Of course, there is the trendiness of James (f) to consider. But the sound of the three together is fine.
