Anita is a great name. It's not that popular, if that sort of thing bugs you, but it's not "too out there" at all. Great name.Montana isn't a name to me, but a place. There's nothing feminine (or masculine) about it and it's ultra trendy and tacky. Ick.

I love the name Anita! It's unique, classic, yet spunky.
Montana is okay but NMS. It's too unisex for my taste. And sorry, I don't have any good MN or FN suggestions.

Forgot Montana, sorry. I really like the spelling but it sounds too hard in my ears. If you wanna pick this name, just as a MN, at least that's what I would do ;-). But it sounds better as a FN in a combo, so maybe take it as a FN but call the kid by the MN.Montana Jane

I hate Anita, sorry. It's sooo old-fashioned. My 55-year old sports teacher is called Anita. No, no nice name for a girl today, I think. But I like Annica/Annika. WDYTO that name? If you really want that name, take it as the MN. And WDYTO Anaïs as an alternative to Anita? It's pronounced "Ah-na-EES".Liv Anita
