As usual, my masculine list is quite static, and I feel it's a good representation of my taste, while I'm not so sure about my feminine list. The newcomers (i.e. names I've never included in my favourites before) are Anne, Emmanuel, and Ida - the latter two of which I think would work very well for siblings.
