I found this name in the paper today WDYT of Teah? Do you prefer Tia?Mother to:

I can't tell if it's supposed to rhyme with Leah (Tia) or Tay-ah. It looks like "tear" written out in a Boston accent.

It's better than the Tea spelling if you live in an English speaking country. Tia is more visibly pleasing in my opinion.

Imo, Teah makes more sense phonetically than Tia, which I always think should be said Tie-uh.

It looks like a mispelling of Thea. I can’t get past Tia meaning “aunt” in Spanish.

It’s also the initials for transient ischemic attack (mini stroke), Tia that is.

At first glance, I would not pronounce them the same way. But apparently they should be. I like the look of Teah more. But I'd be inclined to pronounce it like Téa, if I didn't know better.

I too would presume Teah is prn like Téa (tay-uh)I like Téa but dislike Tia
