What do you think of Ida on a little girl with the pronunciation eye-duh?

I've always loved that name, but I have a different pronunciation.

I like EYE-da, but I adore EE-da. It used to be a very popular women among Jewish women in Poland.

Love! Ida is one of my favorites. It's very vintage and cute and definitely overdue for a comeback.

So old that it sounds new. I think it could work. I prefer the ee-dah version, but that's because of a friend who was given the name after a Dutch relative.

Hi !!!I rate Ida 4/10.It is very plain and cold in my opinion. I don't know anyone with this name or specific namesakes except for the mythological mountain.I much prefer Aida (a-EE-da) with a similar sound.

I love it. Very old-fashioned elegance

I generally like vintage names. This one feels sort of clunky and just plain old to me, though. Maybe I could warm up to it if I knew someone young and vibrant with the name.

I love Ida. Ida was the name of one of my brownies (girls7-10) but she’ll be around 15/16 years old now.
