Monika
Thoughts? I'm into girls names with seemingly random Ks right now. This is like Monica but with a K, lol. Do you like it with a C or K better?

I like the name (it's probably one of my guilty pleasures) but I far prefer the spelling of Monica, with a C.
I really prefer the C.
With a k, I'd give it the German pronunciation. C, therefore.
I know a woman whose name is spelled this way but she pronounces it like “Monique-Ah”
I like the name, but only with a C. The K-replacing-C trend feels very played out to me. It was so overdone for so long, and has only just now started to die down.
I prefer it with a 'C'. I'm not a fan of the name, in general. I don't hate it, but it doesn't stand out, to me. It's kind of pretty-plain, if that makes sense.
Pff. "Random Ks"! I dunno, seems to me, the "see" is the impostor here - why does it steal, what is clearly "kay"'s job? XD
Jokes aside, I prefer Monica. Although, I don't like that the obvious nn is Mona - I don't like that one at all.
Where I'm from, Monika is very 70's and to me has dry, austere vibes. Monica on the other hand is soft and warm.

I often like random Ks but don't in this case, probably because it looks like moniker.
