It’s #142 and rising in the UK. It’s one of those names that is very popular with the upper middle class but is gradually becoming more mainstream. It’s usually pronounced “OTT-il-ee” here.
I don’t like it. It doesn’t sound nice and just makes me think of otters!
ETA: It also feels like the kind of name people use just to sound “posh”, like they see lots of Ottilies in the Telegraph BAs or something and just follow the trend.
