[kaɕa] using BtN's key I'd say KA-sh^(y)a - I get that English SH is neither Polish SZ nor Ś but I don't like that it's used to represent both, hence the palatalisation mark (sorry for the weird notation I couldn't get supertext to work XD), otherwise KA-sha works ok
[kajsa] or KIE-sa - I think, I've never seen this name before so I'm just treating it like Raisa with a k
