Dorita
I kid you not today I met a girl named Dorita. So now I’m going to the online world to see what you guys think, I honestly thought it was extremely questionable, and it reminds me way too much of Doritos."People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day." Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

Sounds casual and Spanish. Can see it work as a nickname of Dorotea, Dorothea, Theodora, etc.

Yes, I think Doritos, but it's not my first thought. It seems like Dorita could well be her nn.Only slightly related, but it also brought to mind my brother's first wife, Doretta.

Hi !!!Dorita is just a nickname in my opinion. Dora is much much better. I love this name for personal reasons.

DoritoYup, that's immediately and almost exclusively what comes to mind. Dorotea is much better.

Can't say that I like it that much, possibly a bit "biased" to former work colleagues Anita + Rosita, furthermore a former girl next door was called Benita with younger sister Sonia-Rita.

Yes, it does sound an awful lot like Doritos.
Also, in Betty MacDonald's book "Anybody Can Do Anything" she describes a clearly unhinged woman who stole her identity and wrote obscene letters to someone as her; she names this woman Dorita Hess, though of course it's likely a pseudonym.
