Yuck. It would be an awful name even for a dog.
It actually sounds kind of insulting, like you'd sarcastically call someone that who was being prissy or demanding.
Queen is one of those pretentious royal-title names that just shows up the pretentiousness of the parents.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
