Isadora
What’s your opinion on the name Isadora? What would you rate it on a scale from 0-10? Any middle names to go with it? Do you prefer Isidora or Isadora? I would love to hear from you.Me personally, I love it. I prefer Isadora slightly over Isidora. I also think it’s kinda cool that it means “gift of Isis” my name is Isis, so it would be kinda cool if my daughter had the name Isadora."People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day." Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

I think Isidora is really cool! 9/10But not Isadora. Isadora seems like Machelle or Abagail to me ... subbing "a" for an i and making a lazy "uh" sound ... it's just trendy and incorrect. I think it's only popular because a lot of people have heard of Isadora Duncan or someone named after her, before they heard the name Isidora - and so they just assumed that Isidora was the same name as Isadora and that Isidora was a minority spelling, rather than the original spelling. It's like a mistake. They're not the same name. In my opinion Isadora doesn't mean "gift of Isis" - it's just Isabella and Isidora smushed together, and it has no meaning. And it starts with I SAD and that bugs me. 2/10
