Ada
I feel like everyone talked about this name about 5 years ago, but now that it seems to be getting more popular I hardly hear anything about Ada anymore.I do like Ada, but probably wouldn't use it.It entered the top 50 in the UK and is 200-something in the US.

I find it both flimsy and clumsy - not sure how it gets that right, but it's not a name I would ever consider. I prefer Ida or even Eva.

I LOVE the name Ada. Here in Australia it’s not overly common at all. Ava is super popular, but not Ada. I have an Ada on each side of my family tree. My maternal great-great grandmother was Ada Florence, which I think is one of the most beautiful name combos I’ve ever heard! Unfortunately, she was rather a horrible lady from all accounts, so that tarnishes the name slightly. Then my paternal great-grandmother was Ada Grace, which is also a beautiful combo, just more common because of Grace as the mn. She on the other hand was rather a nice lady. So all in all, I think Ada is a very sweet name.
