Camille is unisex in French, and the pronunciation you've given sounds just like the Afrikaans word for 'camel'.
Camilla: I've only ever heard it pronounced kuh-MIL-uh, which I like, but I dislike Milly and the royal connection.
Camillia: looks like the last gasp of a dying spell-checker. Why not Camellia? Beautiful flower, and doesn't look like a typo.
