Rena
What’s your opinion on the name Rena? What are some middle names you like with it? What would you rate it on a scale from 1-10?
I personally think Rena is a cool name. I pronounce it as REH-NA. It’s basic, and I prefer Raina. But it’s pretty. I’d give it a 7/10."People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day." Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

I think Irina is so beautiful that I’d opt for it over Rena always. Rena reminds me of renal (relating to the kidneys), and I think that’s sort of bizarre in a human name.

I once taught a Rina who had been named after an Irina relative; unfortunately she only got the nickname form!

I like it (although it looks a little too much like "renal" compared to other variants like Renna.) It sounds quiet, smart, and mature. It gives me a similar feel to Resa. For me, Renna is more obviously REH-na because Rena looks like it could be REH-na, RAY-na, or maybe even REE-na (because of the 'renal' thing).Rena Therese

It's my gma's name! She pronounces it Reena. Everyone here hates it because it's similar to Renal. She was named after her grandmother, Orena.I like it. It's an offbeat flapper name. My grandmother is awesome and I wouldn't be opposed to using it as an honoring name. 8/10 for me because of associations. I also toy with the idea of Irene/Irena.Rena Rose appeals to me a lot.
