Maisie is fine as a given name

I think Mae should be a nn for Maisie. I like Maisy too.

Mae nn Maisie just doesn’t seem necessary to me, nor are the names directly related. Maisie as a full name is perfectly fine. I LOVE the name Maisie actually, it’s lovely. I love the “Pearl” meaning, so sweet.

I have noticed that somr people tend to pronounce it like Macey, rather than rhyming it with Daisy. Not a fan of that pronunciation. But otherwise I do like it.

I love it as a given name. Mae is not one I’d consider relatable to Maisie, but it’s not bad either.

I love the name Maisie. It's such a cute, sweet name. I'd use Maisie rather than Mae.
