I know Rumi to be a Japanese name and can be short for Rumika or Rumiko. They are gemstone-names.
I think it's cute, but you might want to consider it's a real name from Japan :)

Rumina?
Rumina, while also a Japanese name, was also a figure in Roman Mythology and both instances of the name are unrelated.
