Overly extravagant and pretentious. I don’t care for it.
I don't like it.

It sounds WAAAY too close to Illuminati for my liking. I'd give it a 4/10.
I like it a lot and it's been on my mind a lot recently. It just flows very nicely. And I immediately think of light when I hear it.
But I thought, surely, no one was using it. There are many seemingly more sensible names that I've checked that returned no hits so Illuminata must be a purely hypothetical name, especially in Poland. But there were five! Plus ten spelled Iluminata. Although, it seems like they were probably born quite a long time ago as at least seven of them are no longer with us. But still, I think the register covers people born in late 1800's at most and the Illuminati were certainly a thing by that point and at least twelve sets of parents were not discouraged by the association. Good on them, it's a very pretty name.

I know someone named Fortunata and it suits her very well, so Illuminata isn’t that different.
Illuminata reminds me of light in the darkness :)

... CONFIRMED!
Honestly the first thing I thought of was Illumi from Hunter x Hunter.
The second thing I thought of was "illuminated manuscripts."
Then, of someone standing in a spotlight.
Then, illuminati confirmed.
Then, the word "ill."
As a person's name it'd be sort of cute, but I think it's rare for a reason - I would guess mostly because the obvious meaning makes it a little overbearing.

I think of a whip-smart nun who's a polyglot and subtly subversive.

Don't like it at all
On the right person, it would be stunning. Maybe a hard one to carry off, though.
It's way too over the top. And with the Internet abuzz about Illuminati, I'd hate to have my name that close.
I second this. Not good at all.
I like it.
