HA! I love your vegetable analogy. It reminds me of the time I picked up kohlrabi at the store (I had never heard of it before) and was determined to try cooking it, only to forget about it and eventually had to toss it. This was like a year ago and I STILL haven't attempted to cook kohlrabi, though I really want to!Anyway, I think Edwina is really adorable. Edwin is cute, too, but I prefer Edwina for its slightly whimsical vibe.

Kohrabi is yummy. A friend of mine gave me a giant kohrabi plant once.I cooked it down in garlic and had it in a pita with mayonnaise and olives and shredded carrot. After a few weeks.
