I like it, although I'm not entirely sure why since I very much dislike any of the extended variants such as Wesley and Weston, but I think it just comes down to sound preference. I dislike the -sley sound in names. They just come across as flimsy and weak including Wesley. As for Weston, I just simply don't care for it. Although it would certainly make a good name for a cowboy type. *Laughs* But still, I MUCH prefer Wes regardless of how incomplete or insubstantial it may seem to others. :D

I like it as long as it's pronounced "Wess", not "Wez". I just think the "Wez" pronunciation sounds tacky or something.

It's pretty short so I was going to say it should only be a nickname, but I guess it's no shorter than Sam, Luke, Jon, etc. so IDK.
