Re: Abigail, Elizabeth, Rebecca, or Susannah?

I loathe Abigail with the white-hot passion of a million exploding galaxies.
Elizabeth is lovely, but impractical as a fn. It is my daughter's first mn, for family reasons and because it is so beautiful. (Less beautiful family names were not considered: think Edna, Edith, Eileen ...)
Susannah is also a family name, and I like it, but not its nns. Strictly mn only. Or, I'd tweak it to Suzanne.
Rebecca appeals to me: pleasantly Puritan, and I could live happily enough with Becky.
