I far prefer Lucy. I suppose naming a daughter after a goddess of childbirth might seem appropriate, but not to me.

I like it! I tend to like most elaborated forms of Lucy: Lucinda, Lucia, Lucille, etc.
It's just a pretty and sophisticated sound :)
