I tend to favor Julia over all the Juli- names for some reason. But it's lovely.

It's my least favorite of the Juli- names, primarily because it seems like a combination of Julie and Anne, and I generally dislike "combination" names. But it is hardly a bad name on its own. (It's also the name of my favorite actress, Julianne Moore.)

Juliana, on the other hand, is among my favorite names.

It’s nice, but kinda feels like just Julie + Anne. I prefer Julienne.

I don't like the heavy rhythm. And the only Juli- name I like even slightly is Juliet, and even then, only if the -et isn't emphasised. Julianne seems dated, like Lizanne, though Marianne doesn't for some reason.

I like Juliana or Juliane better.

I love it. It’s been one of my favorites for a long time, just after Julia. I do think Julia is a little easier to work with in terms of placing a middle name, and I think Julia probably packs more of a gorgeous punch on its own. The positive of Julianne, though, is that it provides a warmth that Julia doesn’t necessarily have. It’s also nice that it’s a little bit different from the norm, but certainly not difficult to work with.
