WDYT of Rain? Boy, or girl?

Girl. I especially like it.
I like for it for both, but, I like it more for a girl. As a boy's name, it makes me think of the Mortal Kombat character
It's hippy-ish in a subdued and unimpressive way. I think it's more feminine.
I’m going with both, but leaning towards boy. I only like Rain as a middle name, but I like Rayne as a first name for a girl.
Hate
I love rain as a meteorological phenomenon, but as a name? It sounds so nasally strident.

Rain is one of the only names that feels 100% unisex to me. I prefer it on a boy, though.
I’ve always liked it, but only for a girl.
"Rain, Rain, go away, come again another day"...do kids still sing that? Could be irritating to someone named Rain, if so.
I like it...more than most comparable names, at least...more than River, Sky, Tempest, Sunshine, Cloud...less than Ocean and Clay. Unisex.
I also like Jane / Gawain / Zane / Igraine / Elaine but not Wayne / Shane / Lane / Cain.
