Islay

I find it flimsy, with or without the -y; but I do prefer Isla for ease of pronunciation.
I would use Elinor without hesitation, and May - that spelling only - as a mn for family reasons. I blow hot and cold on Annabel - certainly that spelling, but I'd be more likely to use Anne. I dislike Lily and Lyra, and Isla and Islay.

I 100% read that as Is-lay and it didn't cross my mind to be Eye-la till you said it. I personally think Ayla is my favourite eye-la spelling with Eila in second place.
Of your list I would choose Lily May although I do love lots of the names on your list. I'd definitely consider using Isla, May, Lyra & Lily. Annabel is a great name too just not my style but the child will thank you for just having to say 'Annabel with one L' when people go to write it instead of 'its not is-lay its eye-la just with a Y at the end' every single time they meet someone.
But overall even with different spelling it is a lovely sounding name :)
