To me, Cormac sounds medicinal. Or, it might be some sort of flooring.

How about Corneille, Colin, Cody or Connor?

I like it and prefer it to Conall

I prefer Conall. Cormac is the surname of one of my dad’s best mates and I struggle to see anything else but a lot of Surnames are accepted as first names like Hannah, Clarke, Graham, Lindsay, Fraser and Taylor .
