Ollie is the first nickname to spring to mind, but "O" could also be a possibility or something based off his initials. O.Z. with the nickname Oz sounds interesting, but it might not be your style.

I don't really think Oliver needs a nickname. I know a Daniel and Michael that are both pretty much always called by their full names. It probably depends on where you live and whether or not he wants a nickname when he is older.
